The annual series sponsored by Ashland Moms Club returns on Thursdays from 10- 11 am through September.

This week, Shen’s Gymnastics Academy of Holliston will take its Superkids Gymnastics class to the Corner Spot in Ashland. This will be a one-hour, instructor-led gymnastics activity set up in an obstacle-course fashion. After a group warmup, kids will follow the coach through the various mats and learn some basic gymnastics along the way: forward rolls, donkey kicks, tuck jumps, and even cartwheels. Unlike our normal Superkids gymnastics class; at The Corner Spot, we will also include some games. So kids will have plenty of opportunities to get some exercise, have fun, and learn some gymnastics!!
