Learn to Preserve Workshops:

Love fresh garden produce but end up having more than you can eat? Preserve it! In this workshop series, you’ll learn how to can, ferment, pickle, and dry foods safely at home in these beginner classes. Get ready for the harvest now!

Wednesday, June 8th: Pickle Making at 10 am & 1 pm

Thursday, June 9th: Basics of Fermenting (fermented salsa) at 10 am & 1 pm

Friday, June 10th: Introduction to Pressure Canning at 11 am
